Guidance for pre-ordering products:

• Once order has been placed, we will send you an email confirmation along with a payment link for a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of the total price.
• Please be aware that deposit payment has to be made in 24 hours. Otherwise, payment link will be EXPIRED and the order will NOT be processed.
• Upon arrival of the items in the UK, we will send you another notification email to collect the remaining balance along with the payment link. Once the remaining balance is paid, items will be dispatched accordingly.
• Full Refund is only feasible only when the items are damaged during logistics and fail to deliver to the UK.
