How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. If for any reason you have not received your shipping confirmation email and your order date is past 5 business days, please let us know by emailing hinata.onlinestore@gmail.com. We will be happy to find out what exactly is going on with your order.
How long will I take to receive my order?
Orders will typically be dispatched in 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri).
For UK Standard Tracked Delivery, the usual arrival time is 3-7 business days. For UK Priority Tracked Delivery, the usual arrival time is 2-4 business days.
For any international shipping, delivery time differs in different countries. Please kindly send your request to hinata.onlinestore@gmail.com before purchasing the items. We will do our best to sort that out for you!
Duration of delivery does depend on delivery couriers but typically arrive within 7 business days. Please email us at hinata.onlinestore@gmail.com if it has passed 7 business days and you have not received the order.
How much does the shipping cost?
UK Standard Tracked Delivery - £3.99 (Usual arrival time 3-7 business days)
UK Priority Tracked Delivery - £5.99 (Usual arrival time 2-4 business days)
Unless it is stated, free UK shipping only refers to UK Standard Tracked Delivery.
For any international shipping, shipping fee differs in different countries. Please kindly send your request to hinata.onlinestore@gmail.com before purchasing the items. We will do our best to sort that out for you!
What is Hinata's return/refund policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Please be aware that there are NO refunds on any opened blind picking items. To be eligiable for refund, blind picking items have to be returned unopened with the original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 5 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, and you have not heard from us. Please contact us at hinata.onlinestore@gmail.com.
I made a mistake. Can I change my order?
We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. But we will try to accommodate any order change. The quickest way to get a hold of us is by emailing us atinfo@shwoodshop.com. Please ensure to include your order number and to let us know what changes need to be made. We will be sure to let you know, as quickly as possible, whether we were able to make the wanted changes.
Can I place a custom order?
Yes! If you would like to pre-order any products online from any website locally from Japan, please feel free to contact us at hinata.onlinestore@gmail.com. Please do include the website, a screenshot of the product and your shipping address.
Please note that we will include handling fees and shipping fees on top of the product. Fees will be tailored order-by-order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal for online orders.
I never received a confirmation email. What should I do?
If you haven't received an order confirmation email, it is likely the result of one or two things:
• Your order was never actually placed and processed.
• You have entered an incorrect email address with your order
If you are certain that the email address linked to your order is correct, please check the spam folder in your mailing client for your order confirmation. In the event that you still cannot locate an order confirmation, please do email us at hinata.onlinestore@gmail.com
